Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and AI Video Generator for using AI Video Generator. By creating an account or using the site you accept them.

Who can use the service

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You're responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in details secure.

Free video discovery

Stock video search shows existing videos from free libraries such as Pixabay and Pexels. We don't own or create those videos. Using them is governed by the license of the library they come from (the Pixabay Content License or the Pexels license), and you should review it on the original video page before reuse.

Credits

• AI generation is paid for with prepaid credits bought in one-time packs. Credits have no cash value, can't be transferred, and are not a stored-value account.
• The credit cost of each generation is shown before it starts. Credits are reserved when you start and are returned automatically if the generation fails, is blocked by the safety filter, or is cancelled before rendering begins.
• Credits don't expire while your account is open. They are forfeited if you delete your account or if we close it for a breach of these terms.
• We may change credit costs for future generations when provider prices change. Your existing balance is not reduced by such changes.
• If a payment is refunded, reversed or charged back, the credits from that payment are removed, which can make your balance negative. Generation may be paused during a payment dispute.

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

Your content and generated videos

You keep any rights you have in your prompts and uploaded images. Subject to these terms and the license of the underlying model, you may use videos you generate for personal and commercial purposes. AI output can resemble existing works or be similar to output made for other users, so we can't guarantee exclusivity or that output is free of third-party rights. You're responsible for how you use it.

You give us permission to process your prompts, images and videos only as needed to provide the service to you.

Acceptable use

You must not use the service to create or upload content that:

• sexualizes minors or depicts sexual content involving real people without consent;
• impersonates real people to deceive, or creates misleading media about real people or events;
• harasses, threatens or promotes violence or hatred against people or groups;
• infringes intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights, including uploading images you don't have the right to use;
• is illegal where you live or where it will be published.

You also must not try to bypass credits, rate limits or safety filters, scrape the service, or resell access without our written permission. We may block prompts, remove content, and suspend accounts that break these rules.

Availability

The service depends on third-party providers (including fal.ai, PayPal, Pixabay, Pexels and Google). We work to keep it running but don't promise it will be uninterrupted, and models or features may change or be retired.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be limited by contract.

Ending your use

You can stop using the service and delete your account in Settings at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; if a change is material we'll notify you before it takes effect. Questions: support@aivideogenerator.cloud.
