Privacy Policy

This policy explains what AI Video Generator ("we") collects when you use aivideogenerator.cloud, why, who we share it with, and how you can delete it.

What we collect

• Account data: your email address, optional display name, and sign-in details managed by Firebase Authentication (Google). If you sign in with Google we receive your name and email from Google.
• Generation data: prompts you write, the settings you choose, the resulting videos, and their status and credit cost.
• Uploaded images: images you upload for image-to-video are sent directly to our AI provider to create your video. We do not store the uploaded image.
• Payment records: PayPal order and capture IDs, or Google Play order numbers and purchase tokens for purchases in our Android app, plus the package, amount, currency and status. Card numbers and account passwords are handled by PayPal or Google Play and never reach us.
• Search queries: stock video searches are sent to the stock library we use (Pixabay or Pexels) to fetch results, and cached on our servers for up to 24 hours. We don't link searches to your account.
• Technical data: server logs with timestamps, error details and a hashed form of your IP address used for rate limiting and abuse prevention.

How we use it

To run your account, generate and deliver videos, keep an accurate credit balance, process payments and refunds, prevent fraud and abuse, answer support requests, and meet legal obligations. We don't sell personal data and don't use your prompts or videos to train AI models.

Service providers we share data with

• Google Firebase / Google Cloud for sign-in, database, file storage and hosting.
• fal.ai, which runs the AI video models. It receives your prompt, chosen settings and any uploaded image, and returns the video. fal.ai processes this under its own terms and privacy policy.
• PayPal to process website payments, refunds and disputes, and Google Play for purchases in our Android app.
• Pixabay or Pexels to answer stock video searches. Video previews load directly from their servers, which see your IP address.
• Google Analytics, only if analytics are enabled on this site and you accept analytics cookies.

These providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States.

Cookies and local storage

We use strictly necessary browser storage to keep you signed in and to remember your light or dark theme. Analytics cookies are only set if analytics are enabled and you choose “Allow analytics” in the cookie banner. You can change your choice by clearing this site's data in your browser.

How long we keep data

• Account data, generation history and generated videos: while your account is open.
• Payment records: as long as required for tax, accounting and dispute handling (typically up to 7 years), even after account deletion.
• Rate-limit counters: deleted automatically within a day.
• Server logs: kept for up to 30 days.

Your choices and rights

You can update your name in Settings and delete your account there at any time, which removes your login, videos, generation history and credit ledger. Depending on where you live you may also have rights to access, correct, export or object to processing of your data. To exercise them, contact us or email support@aivideogenerator.cloud.

Children

The service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

If we change this policy in a meaningful way we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email.
